The Behemoth™

How copper forged a town, powered an empire, and still glows in your hands today.
There is copper in your hands.
There was copper in the hulls of British warships.
There is copper in the blood of British industry – and it all began in Amlwch.
Nestled on the northeast tip of Anglesey, Amlwch Port became the unassuming epicentre of a global economic revolution. Fueled by Parys Mountain, driven by human hands and hooves, and protected by copper-plated naval ships, Amlwch wasn’t just a town. It was a machine made of copper.
And it left a legacy we honour in every ArtBar, Penny, and Copper Lady we produce today.

Description
Power. Permanence. Pure Elemental Majesty.
For those who crave something monumental, behold The Behemoth™ – an extraordinary 5kg ArtBar of 24K Copper, hand-poured in Britain by artisans who understand the true nature of elemental power.
Created using molten copper at 1085°C, The Behemoth is poured by hand into bespoke trapezoidal moulds paying homage to the legendary London Good Delivery bar. As it cools, it develops its own “crinkly bottom” – a swirling ripple unique to each pour, created by nature’s dance between fire and air. Copper is notoriously temperamental – it requires expert knowledge, steady hands, and unwavering respect. We work only with the finest British foundries, silversmiths, and stamp-makers to bring each Behemoth to life.
Lacquered and polished to brilliance, The Behemoth doesn’t hide in a vault. It stands proud – a display piece, a conversation starter, a future family heirloom.
