At Ingots We Trustâ„¢, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every ArtBar we create.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms:
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition.
- Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Refund Terms
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- All approved refunds will be subject to a £15 gbp cancellation fee to cover processing packaging manufacturing and warehousing.
- Return postage and packaging costs and any credit card fees incurred from the sale are the responsibility of the buyer
If you choose to cancel an order after it has been placed, a handling fee of up to 20% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return
- Email us at info@ingotswetrust.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm return eligibility and provide the return address.
- Package your item securely and send it back using a tracked postal service.
