If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms:

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition.
• Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refund Terms

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Return postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@ingotswetrust.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll confirm return eligibility and provide the return address.
3. Package your item securely and send it back using a tracked postal service.
